Investing for residency with GRED (Portugal specific) 

The Golden Residence Permit Program is a residence-by-investment scheme for non-EU nationals. With a minimum €500,000 property investment, this residence permit gives you and your family members the right to live, work, and study in Portugal, as well as free circulation in Europe's Schengen Area and at the end of 5 years a lifetime European Passport.
